Research Network on Human Rights in Investment GovernanceProfessor Patricia Wiater is coordinating the new research network "Human Rights in Investment Governance: Transformation, Contestation, and Practice", which is launching within the Cluster of Excellence Transforming Human Rights. The network explores how human rights shape, and are shaped by, international investment law and governance, with a particular focus on investor–State dispute settlement (ISDS).
